We are a family run business, based in Essex, ​offering a caring, discreet and professional ​clearance service. Whether it be a business ​premises, out buildings or a home, we will strive to ​meet your needs in the best possible way.
The company ethos is Remove, Rehome, Recycle... ​our clearance experts will not only remove all ​items for you, but we will endeavor to recycle and ​rehome where we can.
Each clearance is individual, therefore it is our ​role to recognize and decide how best to either ​recycle, rehome or simply dispose of your ​unwanted items.
We have a Waste Carriers License and we have ​Public Liability Insurance. Company Number: ​15141567.

At Classy Clearance Ltd our last resort is to put items into landfill, we hope to form official affiliations with registered charities in the future. But in the meantime, any items suitable will be donated to the following charities but not exclusively.
- British Heart Foundation
- Tickled Pink
- Salvation Army (for clothing and shoes)
- Food banks (Suitable in date and unopened food items)
- Farleigh Hospice
- Havens Hospices
We are not officially affiliated to the above mentioned charities.
upcycle
We currently use a local art student in Essex to upcycle items or just to enjoy experimenting with larger furniture items.
We are always looking to grow this with students/businesses in the local Essex area in the future. Feel free to send us any recommendations.
